I'm absolutely loving this product! I've used several others in the past and had to return them because they were so painful to use, but this one has ZERO PAIN associated with using it, and I've tried it on several sensitive places! It's easy to hold, comes with great instructions and feels comfortable during use. The glasses are a bit funny, but they do the job (protect your eyes from the laster), so I don't mind wearing the ones provided. I love that it doesn't burn my skin, like some of the others do. The packaging was very nice and I like to keep mine in the box so it stays safe and organized. I can't say enough great things about this laser hair removal system and I'd definitely recommend it to others. I suppose my only concern is what to do when/if the countdown on the screen gets to zero. But I have a feeling it will be a long way down the road, so I'll research it at a later date.

The product seems well made, functions as described. I can’t give it more than 3 stars because I didn’t see any significant changes in hair growth after 2 months of use. HOWEVER, I reached out to the seller, and they gave me the option of refunding half of my money and letting me keep the laser, or I could get a full refund. Really above and beyond customer service.

I’ve had this since August 2023, and couldn’t be more pleased! Everywhere I’ve used it is pretty hairless now (be very careful between your eyebrows when zapping your elevens because it WILL widen them!) and my age spots, while taking longer, have lightened up a LOT…I figure they’ll be gone by spring! For those saying “your hand covers the holes on the back, TURN IT OVER when you use it - your thumb fits neatly between the two sets! It’s not like you need to watch the count go down for it to work!
When it got this, I didn’t expect much to be honest, I thought if it even halfway worked, then I would invest in one of the fancy expensive ones. Absolutely no need to do that at all! I’m so happy with this one!
Follow the instructions and do NOT touch the glass plate to your skin (I forgot to tuck my upper lip one time when it was pretty hot and ouch!) and you should be very pleased with the results if you use it faithfully. Two thumbs up! I love this thing!

My old laser hair removal device died. I got this to finish with touch up treatments. So far, it’s pretty easy to use and the cooling feature is neat (though probably not required for most). I have only used it twice, so I will update with results later.

I bought this over summer and used it constantly 2-3 times a week and for about 2 months. I did notice that the hair was a bit thinner and less grew back over the weeks.
Now that it’s winter I haven’t used it as much. This is definitely something you need to be consistent with if you want to see good results. That being said. This is a great product and very easy to use and it didn’t hurt at all. So I’m definitely very happy with this purchase.

I've been using for a month now, twice a week like instructions say and I have not noticed a single change. I've been experimenting on my arms. I have been using the tool on one arm and comparing it to the other arm and so far the hair growth is identical, no change at all. And yes I have light skin and dark hair, I shave prior, I use it 2x a week and even put it on the highest setting. I know it says it takes 2 months for permanent hair removal but I feel like I should be noticing a slight change at least, since I am at the halfway point.
